Terms and Conditions — PK55 Report Platform Rules

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the pk55 report platform — whether through the website at pk55report.net or through the pk55 report mobile application — you are entering into a binding agreement with pk55 report and confirming that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account, make a deposit or use any of the games or betting services available on pk55 report. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on pk55 report, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. If your contact details change, you must update them in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pk55 report will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact support immediately.

• One account per person, device, household and mobile number.
• Do not share your account login with anyone else.
• Account transfers or sales to third parties are not permitted.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Payments

pk55 report accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and other approved mobile wallets. The list of available deposit methods may change from time to time.

All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account that belongs to another person is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension.

• pk55 report does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

• Funds deposited into your pk55 report account are held for gaming purposes only and do not accrue interest.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR directly to your JazzCash wallet, Easypaisa wallet, Raast account or registered bank account.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete account verification by submitting a copy of a valid identity document. This is a standard KYC procedure and is applied to all accounts to protect players and the platform.

• Withdrawals of bonus-related winnings are subject to the wagering requirements of the relevant promotion being met in full.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

Each promotion has its own specific terms including minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while wagering and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions on pk55 report unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per person, household, device and mobile number.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn. The contribution rate of each game category toward wagering is listed in the relevant promotion.

7 Sports Betting Rules

pk55 report offers sports betting markets covering cricket (including all PSL matches, bilateral T20 series and major ICC tournaments), football, esports and other selected sports. The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets:

• All bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant competition's governing body.
• In-play bets accepted after an event has concluded due to connection or display delays will be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed and not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time, bets on the match will generally be voided — specific market rules may differ.
• Maximum stake and payout limits apply per event and per market type.
• pk55 report reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any account at its discretion, including reducing maximum stake limits.
• Bets placed on markets where an obvious pricing error has occurred may be voided.
• Combination/accumulator bets: all selections must win for the bet to return. If one selection is voided, the bet is recalculated without that selection at odds of 1.0.

8 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games — including slots, live dealer games, fish shooting games and RNG table games — available on pk55 report use certified random number generation systems or live dealer procedures governed by game providers. Game outcomes are independent of previous results and are not influenced by pk55 report or any third party after a game round begins.

• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be settled based on the last verifiable game state recorded by the server.
• Malfunctions of any kind — including display errors, disconnections or software faults — void all pays and plays for the affected round.
• Fish game results are determined by server-side hit detection. Visual effects on screen are for entertainment purposes and do not independently determine prizes.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk55 report. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of balances and permanent ban:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account under any identity, device or payment method.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, cloned or unauthorised payment details to fund an account.
• Money laundering: Using pk55 report to deposit, wager and withdraw funds as a method of disguising the origin of money.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

pk55 report reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification when requested.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or bonus abuse.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months — an inactivity notice will be sent before any action is taken.
• At the player's own request through self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as inactivity or at the player's request — any verified real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method.
